DSTV PRICE LOCK ONGOING PROBLEM
About 2 months ago I complained about the amount that they decuct because its a sttuggle every month. the amount is suppose to be R799 on a priceLock plan. they fixed it and the debit order went off correctly for 2 months and yesterday they Decucted R923.20 it is R124.20 more than the contract must be. realy they are useless.

yes I saw the misscall but that was after 20H00 last night. My husband has cancer so we go to bed early at night. Thank you for correcting the problem again. can you please let me know when the year contract end and when do I need to apply for a new one or change my plan.
