DSTV PRICE LOCK - NO ASSISTANCE OR FEEDBACK. STAY AWAY FROM DSTV PRICE LOCK!!

I have been trying for over a year to have DSTV assist me with the cancellation of my price lock contract.

I am in a financial predicament to the extent where I have lost my home, and still the monthly premiums keep piling up. I have asked since June 2018 for DSTV to assist me and I just get passed from one person to the other.

When I do receive a phone call from DSTV and they hear what the issue is where I again reiterate the financial difficulties and the situation I find myself in they just put the phone down. I am at my wits end.
