Dstv price lock nightmare, I've been having issues with my price lock account that I took out in 2017 for the past five months, my contract came to end in July, my services have been disconnected this morning, we I called their call center the service that I got was shocking and unpleasant, multichoice Insist that I I'm still on price lock and I have 17 months left with them, so my questions in the morning to them was? Are there any records that shows that I requested a new price plan? Was the decoder delivered to me? None of my questions were answered and as you know the matter was escalated as usual, now I have to pay extra amount that I don't know off, Ive had it with multichoice and their Incompetence I wonder who monitors these agent who are assisting as 90% of them are clueless, I've wasted so much of my airtime and no one will compansate me, all they know is disconnect our service created by their bullying payment structure, I want answer now or i will have to part way with dstv I'm sick and tired of thier *******...
