DSTV PRICE LOCK LIE!!!!

I was also trapped by the so called Price Lock Deal. I took out a package that was supposed to be 990.00 per month for 24 months. I am being billed 1144.00 monthly and NO ONE in that whole company can explain what I am being billed for. You call and call and call but not one person can assist. I requested statements and invoices but they are cleverly withholding g from me because they dont want their customers to see their mess ups and incompetence. When I look at the amount of complaints here for this particular service provider it clearly shoes that they REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am asking that someone please return my call so I can sort my account out alternatively please come remove yr dish and decoder at my premises. Thank you kindly.
