DSTV price lock its a ***** day of getting customers

I took a price lock package for R690 and I was told I would be debuted it for 24month.last month multichoice went and debited R1080 which I never agreed to. I tried to get the reason for this deduction no agent could tell me I spoke to six different agent and they were all telling different stories. This is unacceptable I have been a loyal customer to multichoice for 8years now. My account is disconnected and I have been waiting for the call from price lock from 8 in the morning till now. It's either that fix this ***** or they take their decor back. I am very disgusted by this.
