Dstv price lock issue

Good morning, just want to raise an issue I incurred with dstv price lock. My 2 year price lock expired 31 May 2019. Today 06 June 2019 when I tried to call their call centre to downgrade my package I am told to that they can't assist me because I am still on price lock...and the number ********** I was provided to call price lock is incorrect. My customer number is ********** 4.
