Dstv price lock is not a price lock but a price change every month

Dstv price lock started having it January. I was told that I will get free delivery and free installation but yet I am being charged every month for installation. Every month you people deduct Access fee .. Why access fee when I am price lock? I pay installation payment plan every month why when you say i t was free installation and delivery? I was told by Charles on the dayof opening the dstv price lock that I will be getting bundle discounts but no my debit order changes every month if its not 598 its 649? My contract from the onset was 399 for primary decoder and the extra view for 49 rands Please go through my statements and see what's going on I have dtatents that have 1167 for what u don't know ? Do the right thing multi choice and stick to our contract don't deduct more money
