DSTV Price lock is a ****

I app**** for a price lock under the Compact package which was approved for R499. This was installed sometime in April 2019 whilst I had a monthly debit order subscription of R399. On the 15th of May 2019, the debit order of R1190 went off my bank account instead of the R499. I called DSTV to sort this out and was requested to send my bank statement reflecting the deduction of R1190. I did that and was sent a reference number and was also informed that a refund would be paid within 24 hours. I have contacted DSTV countless times to follow this up and no one seems to know anything. It is now the 11th of June 2019 and I have not received any communication/refund from Multichoice. I want my money back. I also want to cancel this **** of a contract.
