Dstv price lock is a ****

I had a price lock contract in 2016 and the contract ended in December- I’ve contacted them a numerous times and went to their agency in Gezina but they failed to remove my account from their data base.they are still debiting my account even when my contact ended. Now I can’t apply for anything because I have an unnecessary debit from dstv...I am enough with Price Lock
