Dstv price lock installers are useless
Dstv. I have been waiting for an installer for my price lock compact plus decoder since Tuesday 26 November 2019.i have been calling dstv from the 26th till now,they keep telling me not to worry the installer will come.this so unprofessional. You better send someone immediately before tomorrow or I'm going to cancel it. Why keep something that I'm not using. I won't be paying for nonsense.

I'm suppose to be starting a new month with one decoder.my current decoder is still operating because I'm waiting for the new decoder to be installed. I cannot afford to pay for two decoders. The installer must come immediately so that the current decoder must be cancelled. Your inconveniencing me.

29 Nov 2019, 13:51Right now I just paid my normal monthly dsvt for my current compact which is 400. The next thing my balance is saying total owing 750. Where the hell did did that 350 come from? Dstv yoooh I'm really ****ed now.i have been calling the price lock landline number the line has been busy the whole day.im even out of airtime.

So already you failed me as a customer.dont give us false information. Train your people. Imagine I have to go up and to get information. You could have emailed that list of people around my area. I'm not happy at all.
