Dstv price lock gone wrong

I app**** for the Dstv price lock plan in 2019 and did not receive anything and before you know it they debited my account and called them numerous times and was told their team leaders will give me a call but nothing. Then I started getting calls from their collections department and I told them the issue but nothing was resolved. Now to my surprise I’ve been listed. Do not get in business with such *********** company they don’t take their customers seriously 😒
