DSTV PRICE LOCK FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have had endless problems with price lock from day one. Since the day of the order I waited 5 weeks in total for installation. First the decoder was sent to an address that I do not reside at. I was never contacted on this regard. I had to follow up with endless time spending on the phone as you just about never get hold of Price Lock. After installation had various issues with connection that took also a few phone calls. I was originally told the package will cost R849. At the end ended up explaining to me it was incorrect the correct monthly payment will be R899. Yesterday my first debit order went of R945.00. I have been trying to get hold of Price lock with not success to ask what this debit order is for as I have NOT authorised this amount. There is also no email as another option of communication. This has just been a headache from day one!!
