DSTV Price Lock

I wanted to take a price lock. They called me and then signed me up for the Explora Price lock for R449. After two days another urgent calls me and says they had system glitches and I had to go through the process of signing up again. I did since I was keen, received one decoder and yet my profile showed two decoders and I am being charged double. Every time I call Dstv I am told about escalation and the Price Lock Department to call me back of which never does.
