DSTV Price lock department is non existent and continuously debit the wrong amounts

DSTV Price lock department is Useless. I have been over billed for the last 2 months and even though i have escalated this issue to them through the call center no one has gotten back to me. i am currently holding for 30 min to speak to someone from their department as they clearly do not respond to escalations, this service is really pathetic.
