Dstv price lock delivery

Hi on Saturday I got a call form.price lock I apples for 2 DStv exploras at R49 each as I just wanted the hardware now I was approved and everything the lady who helped.me.om Saturday told.me.my exploras would be dispatch on Monday but however I never got feedback after that now I'd like to know if it's possible to find out if my 2 decoders have been dispatched yet and if I can get my 2 tracking numbers and also this is really urgent because I would like to get viewing pls can you help this is really urgent and no one can help me my aunt who Stays with me is over 98 and she has noting to.do.at home with out the TV DStv should make this urgent
