Dstv price lock. ****** and bullies

Dstv pricelock is the biggest **** I've ever seen. They offer a R649 deal including an explora decoder,dstv wifi connector, free delivery, installation and dstv compact plus and access fee. Too good to be true?.. Right! Since installation in June I have been debited for R719 for 2 months. Because pro rata. What?! This month's debit was R783. And I still owe them R59. The call centre says I'm paying for the access fee(which was supposed to be included in the R649). They then gave me a direct number to their pricelock division that is never answered. Is there a way I can cancel this whole Mc dstv subscription? It is spiritually draining being at the mercy of these ******
