DSTV Price Lock sort out your billing issues
I was sold a package of R899 per month including the Explora decoder and new dish I already had your DSTv complete package and only took the price lock deal due to the cost saving.
As a client i cannot now be charged an additional fee for the hardware due to your system changes.
Ensure my bill is back to the R899 amount or risk further legal action I am aware that i am not the only client experiencing this issues
