DSTV price lock contracts will lock you credit score.

DStv is refusing to send a letter to Credit Bureau stating that I have a contract with them. they are not updating Credit Bureau monthly. the balance of my contract based on the remaining months is shoeing as amount that I have not paid as if I am missing some payments.

All I am asking for is a letter to Credit Bureau stating that this is an active contract as it is affecting my credit scoring. I can't apply for any credit at this stage.
