Dstv price lock, blocked now and again, bad treatment

I app**** for Dstv price lock from compact to premium, the installation was done all was working well until recently. The service gets blocked or disconnected, the claim is I have not paid my premium whilst dstv debit my account in the 1st of every month. My premium is R499.00 and now I owe R742.15. I GET SMSES THAT SAY "WE HAVE STOPPED YOUR DSTV AS YOU'VE NOT PAID.....ONCE PAID, WE WILL RECONNECT YOU.What is going on, when you sell these products to us, you promise heaven and earth and once we have the product you treat the customer as nothing, just fix this because you debit my account every month, I don't deserve to have the service blocked for I owe you nothing. You have competitors don't for get that
