DSTV Price Lock Billing/ Poor Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DSTV's service is absolutely appalling. Their billing is always wrong, taking money that you didn't agree on, when you call, you're on hold forever and, finally get through to agents that cannot assist you with anything and always say they'll escalate to a non existent email address, don't return your calls, never resolve queries and no one calls you back and they just continue to bill wrong amounts again the next month and then cycle continues! It's disgusting how they're quick to sign on new clients but treat them like trash. And you can't even cancel cos they'll charge you an arm and a leg anyways for the remainder of the agreement. I AM SICK OF THIS RIGHT NOW AND SOOOOOOOOOOOOO FED UP WITH DSTV AND THEY'RE BAD BILLING AND BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY CONSIDERING ALL YOU PAY FOR IS TO WATCH REPEATS OF EVERYTHING 20 TIMES OVER!!!!!!!!
