Dstv price lock billing errors

I signed up for the price lock deal. My account is now debited with the amount as per the price lock agreement. For some odd reason dstv then cuts off my service because I am not paying my account. It is on debit order?! No one at dstv can assist on where this "outstanding" R450 is coming from, and no one can assist with clearing it. It seems impossible to contact the price lock division, and when you are able to reach them, they say they will escalate it. Nothing comes from that either. I am being sent in circles over the phone in order for dstv to fix their own billing problems. But dstv, you are quick to take money for services not rendered...
