DSTV price lock

I made an application for price lock on the 1st week of April 2021. It was approved and was informed that installation will be done efficiently. Installation was delayed and was eventually booked for the 28th of April 2021 for the installer to come to my house at 8:30 in the morning. I made a reservation for this entire day and to date the installer has never came to do the installation. In the process I have been constantly contacting multichoice with my query and at every attempt I will be told that my matter will be escalated to the manager and nobody has ever contacted me with constructive feedback. Whats more fustrating with the "price lock" is the lack of transparency to their customers, we genuinely cannot contact them directly for such queries that involve them directly, instead we have to wait for them to get back to us only when they feel an itch to do so. Moreover, it is the incompetency from the consultants who are supposedly meant to assist us, they dont have any clue or whatsoever about the SOPs of their organization. Contradicting guidelines will be given to me by different consultants working at multichoice on the matter, as if they just thumb suck what ever information they provide to me as a customer at their convenience. As a result, I was redirected from point A to B and would drive back and forth to the multichoice branch and still my problem remains unresolved till today.
