DSTV PRICE LOCK AND ON THE DOT COURIER SERVICE HAS NO SERVICE STANDARDS!

I am very disgusted with the service from DSTV Price-lock and the courier service ON THE DOT. I placed an order on the 27th of May 2020. Delivery was supposed to take place the next day or so. Today is the 25th of June and NO parcel received yet. Nobody could track or give me my tracking number until the 20th of June. Ive been on the website of ON THE DOT and they just cant find my address so they just left it. I have been sending numerous emails and calling only to get the DSTV consultant to drop the phone in my ear. If this is the level of service I do not want anything to do with these 2 companies. Very disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
