DSTV PRICE LOCK AFTER SERVICE - Shocking!!

Did price lock. Received 2 decoders. Installer installed the 1 decoder. Phoned DSTV 5 times. They will esculate..... what must I do with the 2nd decoder? Now am I going to billed for 2 price lock? Then they phone me and ask if I want to do price lock. Useless!
