Dstv Price lock account

I regret the day I accepted a price lock deal from Multichoice. Ever since then it has been the worst experience ever. No seems to know how to fix my account and I have been told my issue is being escalated. All I want is to be charged what we agreed on. Please Dstv get your house in order otherwise you are going to loose more clients. Also train your call center agents properly and fix your slow system
