Dstv Price lock absolutely disgusting and unhappy client

Dstv Price lock absolutely disgusting. Good evening I received a price lock decoder. will like DSTV to rectify my problem with installation of new explorer: I am very concerned about the way things were doing from DSTV installers , at first I had a call From DSTV asking me if I am interested in a upgrade on a new explorer. My reply was I have extra view and that I don’t have any complaints With my current system. The Lady said but they can install a new explorer and that current explorer can be moved to our sleeping room after they installed a new explorer and the price will be fixed at R649 for 2 years and we cannot cancel. Which I agreed on after the Installer installed the new explorer and dish which we don’t know why. We experience that we don’t have a extra view anymore 3 TV’s was working now only one, and after numerous phone calls to come and rectify what he didn’t wrong still nobody came back to me to solved this problem. On Wednesday 31ste July is one of the days I was hopeful that my problem will be resolved because the lady said over the phone before the end of the day I will get a call from installer to come and fix it. Ref *** (no call nothing happened) Nothing was wrong with my system until this guy from Installers come and mess everything up and inform us if we want the other TV’s to work we need to pay R650, which is not acceptable. Do not understand way we should pay for something if there was nothing wrong with my system and everything was working 100% I have called DSTV how many times now my last call on Friday the 2nd Aug the lady said to me we need to send this email hopefully something will happen now and your quick response to come back to with a solution. Received email back no we need to pay. Now last week when calling DSTV again because I am not Happy paying R754 each month after they said we only will pay R649, NOW they telling me we got a nearly R5000 loan we look out, was shock because that was the first word of that. Never reveived any money that never now you could take out a loan. The person said they will escalate it to Price lock still no news back form them. PLEASE could somebody HELP ME!!! Thank you
