Dstv price lock

Dstv literally left me in tears with how rude their agents are and their managers telling me I can compain all I want on hello peter As dstv only covers their workers I dont know how to take the issue further I dont know anymore with who to speak its an ongoing issue for 3 weeks and still no result or light at the end of the tunnel ddtv just takes your money and couldnt care less im so very dissapointed I just want to have this cancelled and have my money back im so tired and dissapointed with dstv
