DSTV Price Lock

Poor service I received from DSTV call center, I call to request months left on my subscription for dstv price lock I have, the response was 8 months, and when I tried to understand how because i signed for a contract in 2017 midyear, that is when i was told I must call directly dstv price lock, where i held a line for more than 37 minutes no response besides "all our agent are busy please hold"
