DSTV Pricacy and funeral policys.

Well it is Friday afternoon again. Let wait for it. Phone rings “Hello is that Mr Collin, I am phoning you from company X on behalf of DSTV . They then try to sell me insurance on a R600 decoder for more than the decoder costs. Two weeks ago some DSTV’’ associate ’ company tried to sell me a funeral policy . To day it was some other insurance ****. I have blocked a loot of these numbers and marked them as spam. They still try though . Then you find a new number pops up. The bad thing is these people get aggressive when you tell them you are no interested and demand you listen to them. Firstly what has DSTV (Mulitchoice ) got to do with funeral policy’s. Secondly how did these companies get my details as the can tell me exactly what package I have, other than it coming from DSTV.

The other question is does this not contravene the POPPIE act.
