Dstv prepaid *******

I am not a debit order client and i pay as i use, i was disconnected and received an sms that i owe R77 which i paid, then i contacted them to down grade and reconnect my services, and the lady i spoke to gave me a specific amount to pay which i did, and i had to phone again to be reconnected, i was then help by another lady who is giving me a different amount to pay and was told that i can only down grade from the next month as according to dstv i under compact until my next payment date, i do not understand why this was not communicated in the 1st place when i called, please sort it out customer number is ********** 1
