DSTV PREMIUM UPGRADE @R599 PROMO

Dstv had a 2 months promotion where one can upgrade to premium package @599 for 2 months and after that downgrade to whatever package one was before. I have an extra view and decoder insurances my package the monthly premium will be 720

I did this upgarde on 3 April 2021 and change my payment date from 25 to last day of the month. On 25 April to my suprise i received an sms that my service has been suspended i need to pay 1440, i enquired about the mani i being billed and why my servives was cut before the due date?

I was getting different answers from consultants, which made the matter even complicated, they promised to let someone from finance to call me but they never did, the last consultant that i spoke on 27 April to promises to speak to his supervisor and call me back, which he did and advise that i should pay 770, apparently i was not billed on tge promobut on the normal premium package of 860 which is incorrect i should ignore the amount sent my services will be activated which it was.However they could not give me a reason why my service were cut before the due date.

On 05 May i received an sms that i need to pay R498 my services has bèen suspended, i phoned multichoice, i was told that iam being billed on the normal premium package and the promo that iam referring to it does reflect on the system the, they couldn't provide a reason for the promo no longer reflecting on the system and advice that i should downgrade to the package that was initially at which i did.

However iam really disappointed with Multichoice on the way they handled this matter ans that they have a promo and its just dissapear in the middle Its not fair to the customer.
