Dstv premium showmax subscription

I've tried or more than 2 occasions to call their call center to sort out my showmax access. I've spent about an hour on the phone combined and none of their consultants are able to sort out the payment error appearing when I try to watch. This is the worst service I've ever received and they fail to even call back a paying customer.
