DSTV premium price lock package
I just Joined Dstv, took price lock premium package for R949. I called the contact centre to update debit order details just to find there are 2 premium packages added and I’m in arrears for R1300. DSTV please explain, your contact centre can’t assist, there’s nothing they can do once the package is active.
