DSTV Premium Package Promotion

I've been trying for over a month now to sign up for the DSTV R799 premium package promotion, with no success. It's been over a month since I've been approved for the package but no response from DSTV or their couriers. I've called numerous times for an update, but the problem keeps getting \escalated"with no further response. DSTV agents keep telling me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Worst of all is that I can't just go to head office in Randburg to finalize the package and collect the decoder"
