Dstv premium package discount offer.

False advertising of the premium discount offer from DStv. They claim that you pay R550 but now they claim their system did not capture that discount so I have to pay the R500 outstanding to get reconnected. I did not ask for this package. Please do not accept this offer if they call you. Now it’s been 20 days calling them trying to resolve the issue with no luck. They keep saying the only way is for me to pay what I did not actually sign up for.
