DSTV Premium Package activated without my knowledge!!
Several years ago I disconnected my original decoder as this was faulty. Imagine my shock when I found out that I was suddenly subscribed to the DSTV premium package on this broken decoder with a balance of R819 owing!
This is completely unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. The bill needs to be cancelled and the decoder removed from my dashboard. The package was never the option that I subscribed to under my DSTV profile.
Kindly resolve this urgent issue at your earliest convenience.
