Some time ago Multichoice suddenly out of the blue discontinued supplying/printing the TV Guide magazine. Following numerous complaints from irate subscribers including complaints on Radio 702 subscribers were provided with the option of receiving the magazine or not. I opted to receive the magazine. During the postal strike I used to collect the magazine from the Randburg customer service centre. When the strike ended I continued to receive my magazine regularly until December 2015. I received no magazine in January but as we were on holiday for part of the month this did not pose a problem. In February I did not receive my copy and visited the service centre to be told that they were going green and that the magazine was no longer available. Before I had the opportunity to voice my displeasure I received a March issue and assumed everything was back to normal. It appears not as I have yet to receive the April magazine. Could you please advise me what is going on. HAS THE MAGAZINE BEEN DISCONTINUED? I have been a loyal subscriber for many years and if the magazine has been discontinued while I would not be very happy I would expect my monthly subscription to reduce accordingly.
