DSTV Premium a ripoff. Catch-up not working

I have DSTV Explora with Premium Account Holder but I must say Catch-up is the biggest garbage I have seen in my life. You might as well cancel DSTV and go to Showmax and know you can rely on them. Example. I follow the Series called Zoo and missed episode 2 thinking I can watch it on catch-up, but guess what they have Episode 1 on Catch-up and catch-up plus and Episode 3 and the best is I do not get discount from DSTV for this inconvenience. You have to now record all the series as Catch-up is something they tell you hundreds of series and catch-up plus even more but that is lies as I have Catch-up plus and believe me it is not worth it to follow series. Why must I stay with DSTV if this is the service we get. DSTV can at least refund customers until they sort out the mess. I see a new SABC being born at DSTV.....<br> <br> Lets see how serious they are about keeping customers and see how they respond to my complaint.<br> <br>
