DSTV PRE-PAID RIP-OFF

I have a holiday home for which I have a prepaid DSTV , having paid the R759,00 for the 30 days as per their client service representative in Umhlanaga Ridge , I disconnected and reconnected on two occasions during the course of the month of starting 30th of July 2016 .I left the holiday home around the 24th of August 2016 and disconnected , on returning having 6 days of subscription left at the 29th of August I reconnected as I stayed at my holiday home until the 2nd of September which meant effectively I had one days viewing left on my prepaid system so I did not bother to phone in as this is a pre -paid decoder and thus should switch off if the 30 days I have paid for have run out .However as Multichoice took it upon themselves to have a grace period and not disconnect the decoder once the pre-paid days had run out and now expect me to pay over R300 , 00 for the days for which they gave me "grace " even though my decoder was switched off and the smart card was removed. I neither requested nor did I use the DSTV decoder at my Holiday home as I was not there to make use of it and I believed that my prepaid subscription had run out on the 3rd of September. A pre-paid subscripton surely does not allow me to accumulate unwanted expense which is clearly why I opted for a prepaid option for my holiday home. This is nothing short of theft expecting somebody to pay for a service which was never used. Prepiad means that you pay in advance for a service which will expire at a certain point or time but Multichoice act like ******* in the dark , proudly South African ******* . The concept of prepiad services should surely not be allowed to be handled in a manner whereby they decide how much "grace " you are allowed. I intend have my attorney address this matter with the consumer council. Multichoice (DSTV) THIEVING AND DISHONEST.
