DSTV poorest service provider ever

Well since the 29th of October 2020 after adding extra view package to my account I was biiled incorrectly almost 3 times the amount of my package I am currently paying. Then told not to worry the amount wil be reversed. After two days no extra view and many cals to cal Centre that it will work properly. I even went in your offices on the 8 paid exttrra money. This morning no service from Dstv. Why I haven't paid a flippen R1. When I was told by the agent in your office that my line won't be suspended as all were fixed. Yor agents at home can't help cause of limited access what a waste of time they are. Poorest pathetic service provider I have ever came across
