DSTV Poor support services

Dstv debits me on an account that was closed last year, every month I have to call to fix this. Their chat & call services are useless, they can see the funds under my profile but still insits on a proof of payment. I have sent statements multiple times but been told they are waiting for the finance team to approve the transfer of funds from decoder to streaming. So almost 30 hours later, the matter is still pending approval. I am sitting with a TV that I can't watch while they have taken my money. When calling, you are thrown pillar to post & put on hold for almost 20mins.
