Multichoice -DSTV. Pathetic Service.....Phoned on behalf my dad who is a pensioner, i asked if there are any pensioners rates and get told no sorry only for retired villages. The only thing dad can do now is to downgrade his package , i asked if dad wants to cancel would you do anything to save a client , no mam they don't have pensioner package. Seriously me myself is working for a corporate company and we goes the extra mile for any client that wants to cancel, Evan a pensioner. Pensioners does not get allot of money but everything is just going up and not allot of companies is thinking of pensioners. I was then told they don't have a way to monitor the pensioners, serious come on look at a system that would work and start rolling it out think out of the box......We need to start standing up for our elderly they were and always are there for us and this is how we repay them. I dare all businesses to think and keep pensioners in mind and see how we could accommodate them. This would be a good way to show our kids that elderly's also matter. Start standing up for pensioners!!!!!
