DSTV Poor Service(No service)
We ordered a Decoder online on the 16 January 2023. This decoder has never been delivered. We have called, messaged on social media and visited the DSTV Service Centre numerous times. Still DSTV cannot deliver our decoder that was paid for. We get told that the courier company couldn't deliver it as the address was incorrect, which it wasn't. Not even a call. All that we get told is our matter has been escalated. All that we require is DSTV to deliver our decoder. Is this just too much to ask???????????
