Dstv poor service

They deserve zero from me. I am still waiting for my dstv to be activated since this morning. I paid my compact on the 22 phofu and they told me i was upgraded i must pay more, which i didnt even agree with that cos my dstv wasnt upgraded, it was still showingthe same channels. I had to pay more this morning and still not activated. And im now tired of complaining to them. I spoke to different people and they not even helping, they are dancing on whatsup instead. Kwenzakalani???
