DSTV poor service

HI

DSTV is the worse service provider in the country. They are more useless that the current government. I have now struggled for 2 weeks to get an error cleared on my decoder. I have phoned 50 times, paid their approved installer R1700, drove to their walk in centre in Benoni and still nothing is working. I have sent numerous emails. All they do is the read the emails and then nothing is happening.
