DSTV poor service delivery over a year now

Hi from last year i app**** for dstv price lock plan, till today no feedback nothing. I have honestly written more then 3 reviews but still no help, iam very frustrated but mostly very disappointed with multichoice. Till today nothing even just an apology or explanation whatsoever. Can DSTV do right nd deliver
