Dstv poor service delivery

Multi choice really needs a new ßtrong competition in the broadcasting industry as they are incopitent /lazy and they don't care about customer satisfaction , all they think and care about is our cash , as i received bad service from them for more than 3 months with out any resolution to my complaint and query and their service is very poor and bad , even the consultants don't care about customers
