Dstv - Poor Service

Dstv Subscription has been paid on 24th while due date is 26th! Subscription service is currently suspended / disconnected. This is ridiculous! This is the second or third time it happens. AN APOLOGY FOR POOR SERVICES RENDERED WON'T SUFFICE! ONE MONTH FREE SUBSCRIPTION DEMANDED!
Perhaps time to close Dstv account and switch to alternative provider!

Took me 2 wasteful cellular calls to Dstv CPT (2 *********** CONSULTANTS) & eventually a third cell call to Randburg with success in a few minutes. Major frustration & agitation due to no fault of mine!
No use trying to complain to anyone at Dstv or about Dstv, because DSTV & STAFF AS A COMPANY DON'T CARE AT ALL!!!

WAY TO GO DSTV!!! I'M FED UP WITH THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE OVER AND OVER WITH DSTV!!! Whether payment is 1 day too early or 1 day too late disconnection is imminent at DSTV!!! HAD ENOUGH!! STRONGLY CONSIDER DEPARTING FROM A PAY TV SERVICE LIKE DSTV THAT AIRS THE SAME OLD PROGRAMS 100000 TIMES FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS!!!
