DSTV poor service and very arrogant

On the 1st August I send a request to the DSTV whatsapp number asking for assistance to upgrade to Compact plus on promotion for R460. I was disappointed the next day to notice that there was no reply from DSTV and my subscription was still on compact. I then called the call center and the service I received from Tebogo was horrible, who told me the promotion ended yesterday and even when I tried to explain to him that I requested the upgrade yesterday which means the promotion was still running this guy frustrated me. He wasn't willing to assist at alI I then dropped the call and called again were I was given a reference number ***6-C1 for my complain but to this day no one has attended to my complain. Shows how this company operates, it is all about the money to them and they don't care.
