Dstv poor service and *********** staff

Dstv has given us a severely poor service, they have suspended our connection without a valid reason, they claim that there's a month we didn't pay yet they are unable to say which one, because we have paid our subscription every month. Now, they promised to escalate the matter and get back to us, we are now waiting for 2days and no one has come back to us. Worst of all, all their consultant can't explain to us what is really the problem. I have never seen such poor service????????
